Mark Voegele, President

Mark Voegele is the President of 5280 Solutions. Mark served as the President of the company from its inception in 2001 until 2007. In 2007, he assumed the role of CIO of Nelnet, where he served until resuming the role of President at 5280 Solutions in 2008 . Prior to joining 5280 Solutions, Mark worked for 11 years at UNIPAC, serving as the Vice President of Information Systems. Previously, Mark served as a Systems Engineer, Instructor and Project manager for EDS. Mark graduated from Minnesota State University (Mankato) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Dominic L. Rotondi, Executive Vice President

Dominic Rotondi heads the External Software Group at 5280 Solutions. In his 30 years of experience in the Education Finance industry, he has held management positions at the NYS Higher Education Services Corporation, Nellie Mae and was President and one of the founders of Charter Account Systems. Dominic graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with concentrations in Finance and Economics.

Mark Boyd, Executive Vice President

Mark Boyd leads software development, implementation, maintenance and support for 5280 Solutions’ Student Loan Software Solutions. Prior to joining 5280 Solutions, he worked at UNIPAC for 11 years, overseeing their mainframe and client/server production systems. Previously, Mark was a Systems Engineer for EDS in both technical and leadership roles. Mark graduated from Washburn University with dual Bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration.

Mike Randash, Executive Vice President

Mike Randash is responsible for forging and managing strategic business partnerships and alliances. In addition, he directs 5280 Solutions’ Sales, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Technical Consulting Services (TCS) teams. Prior to joining 5280 Solutions, he was a manager at UNIPAC for 10 years. Previously, Mike was at Electronic Data Systems and Bank of America. Mike graduated from Moorhead State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Management.

Harvey Gannon, Executive Vice President

Harvey Gannon is responsible for New Business Ventures for 5280 Solutions. He recently served as President of Nelnet Business Solutions - Higher Education Group, which provides full-service business office automation, campus commerce and information delivery solutions for colleges and universities. Harvey was Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of infiNET Solutions, until its sale to Nelnet, Inc. in 2006. His expertise comes from over twenty-three years of executive management experience within the information technology industry with a focus in data communications and large-scale, enterprise-wide solutions; including ten years of experience focused specifically on the business of education.

Kari Kelly, Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary, 5280 Solutions LLC

Kari Kelly is responsible for oversight of all legal matters for 5280 Solutions, intellectual property protection, contract drafting and negotiation as well as participation on the 5280 Solutions Executive Leadership team. Prior to joining 5280, Kari served as in-house counsel for IBM's Software Group in San Jose, California. Kari also worked in corporate and commercial law at Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw in Palo Alto, California and a global law firm in Cologne, Germany. Kari earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California and received a B.A. in international affairs at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
