As a 5280 Solutions customer, we offer the option of calling or e-mailing our Help Desk for hardware and software support-related issues. Priority issues should be phoned in.

Prior to contacting our Help Desk, please make sure you have taken the following steps:

  • Have a brief description of your problem or error message.
  • When telephoning the Help Desk, specify that you are a 5280 Solutions Group customer.

For scanner support, customers have the option to contact the vendor directly for support or to have 5280 Solutions contact them for you. Any time spent contacting and coordinating with the scanner vendor will be charged towards the customer's 5280 Solutions support plan. Please be next to your scanner and have your serial number ready when you call.
